Keyword Short listing:  We research and agree on a list of keywords that will be promoted in the search engines. The keywords will determine the scope of the project, since the pricing is based on the event of their ranking on page 1 and 2.  

Optimization Report:  Once we have determined the Keywords we will generate an Optimization Report for the website that contains details of any additions and changes that need to be organized for the site, including META tags, content guidelines, navigation suggestions etc. These changes/suggestions need to be implemented to the site in order for the Search Optimization to be effective for ranking the Keywords.

Ranking Reports and Trafficking Report:  The rank status of the keywords in Google, Yahoo and MSN will be provided at the end of each month, and this status determines the pricing made out to the client.   In the initial months if there are no ranks, then no monthly billing. Once the ranks appear, monthly billing begins. In other words when business starts picking up, your billing will start.

Tenure of Program:  We enter into a commitment of a minimum of one year from the date of sign-up.  The SEO Optimization is a process of obtaining ranks with search engines and naturally may take some time before indexed by the search engines.  We recommend 2-6 months for existing websites and 4-8 months for a new website before seeing any substantial results.
