Pay-per-Rank Achieved Search Engine Optimization Model

Upon confirmation with a new client we analyze the website and the particular industry to determine if the website qualifies for a pay-per-rank model or whether the client would be best served selecting one of our other packages at a more economical cost. In some cases we will recommend a different model. This model is best suited for established websites with existing traffic.

Marketing and competition varies in each industry and thus our time and effort involved is different for every website. We have two different pricing models for the convenience of our clients, and both models are result based. That is, you pay for the results we achieve for you, not for our promise.

Pricing Elements

A) Set-Up Fee: This is the initial fee that covers the basic research done with respect to the website, the industry, Site Optimization including META Tags, Content Optimization, Navigation Suggestions, Design Optimization, Server-Side issues such as 301/302 redirects, Link Popularity and other aspects that are essential to taking the site off the ground. Typically this period spans over 2-6 months and during this time the Search Engine Optimization will begin to take effect by ranking some of the Keywords selected with the search engines. The fee’s associated during this period are a one-time Set-up-Fee and any Paid Directory’s (subscriptions to the directories recommended by us and purchased directly by the client). Once the keywords begin ranking on page 1 the 2nd phase commences and a Monthly Fee will need to be budgeted. All of which will be stated clearly in our SEO proposal prior to paying the Set-up Fee.

B) Monthly Fee: The monthly fee is based on the cost for each keyword ranking in Google, Yahoo and MSN, with Google being a little more than Yahoo, and Yahoo being a little more than MSN. On the 6th of each month we will generate a monthly search engine ranking report and a traffic analysis report. Clients will be charged a monthly fee equal to the number of keywords on page one of Google, MSN and Yahoo. If one of your keywords is ranked on Google on the first page (1-10) you will be charged for that keyword at a value stated in your contract. Keywords ranking on the second page are not charged. If we do not achieve first page rankings on Google, Yahoo or MSN for a keyword agreed upon then we do not charge you for that keyword for that month.

Note: 1. Any keyword not ranked in Google, Yahoo or MSN will not be charged for the respective Search Engine. 2. Ranking incentive will be billed separately from the initial set up charges. Our profits are only on ranking incentives, whereas the set-up cost will only partly cover the cost of actual work and part of our Web Directory upkeep. 3. We may request you to subscribe to some important sites such as Yahoo Directory, Business.com etc. each year.
